I love starting my day with a nice smooth and cool smoothie. smoothies are a great way for me to start my day. The sweet cool drink is packed with vitamins that i need to power through my work day. This is my list of 5 easy smoothie recipes you can make with fridge and pantry items.

5. Tropical Mint Smoothie

1/2 Cup of mint

1 Cup of cocnut water

2 Kale leaves

1 Cup of pineapple
